I want to get a divorce from my wife whom i've been married to for 3 years i have two kids with her and she left her in January of 2007 came back in the middle of March but we lived in separate rooms and she left again in July. When can i go ahead and file divorce? My understanding is that i have to wait 1 yr. to be separated; does January count or do I have to wait til July.
